Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: We Do Not have a Return or Exchange Policy based on the type of business and products being sold. NO REFUNDS.


EXCHANGES:


At this time NO RETURNS are allowed but for our Ready to Ship units maybe eligible for alterations.  If you need corrections or if product doesn't meet satisfaction, you can submit your Return Request within 7 days once order is received.   

Please submit request to Vbluxuryhair@gmail.com. Please include the order number, your name, phone# and put in detailed what adjustments/changes you are looking for. Once request has been reviewed and if approved, you will receive return label by email. 


Refunds are not allowed once order has been placed.
