Shipping policy

USPS (united states postal service) Standard Shipping is 5-7 Business days. Priority mail 1-3 business days. Once package leaves Vivid Beauty Store, we are not responsible for any damages to package. A signature for package is required at time of delivery.

Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form the day your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
